After update world from yesterday, I reboot my system and cannot load gnome desktop. If a load a shell and killall xdm as root, and then run startx then gnome desktop load but some bug's as dont show files in desktop, documents, directory, don't show the picture background, etc. I've a line in /etc/cond.d/xdm to load gdm and xmd is loaded on boot system. gnome-base/gdm-3.2.1.1-r1 was not instaled !
It' was a surpraise the new version of gnome 3 that incorpore a lot off effects and has new improvements, as no icons in the Desktop. ¿Why did no receive a new from portage saying that this version has a lot of changes?
Um, so is this invalid? Is it the point that you upgraded to gnome-3 and some apps were not pulled in automatically?
