Is it OK to stabilize =sci-biology/primer3-2.2.3 ?

If so, please CC arches and add STABLEREQ keyword.

Stabilization of this package has been repoman-checked on the following arches: x86, amd64

emerging primer3 on a Linux x86_64 machine dies here. I think you need some brackets, no?

it will alawys die except for *-darwin*. We fixed it so please sync later and it will work.
