android-sdk-update-manager ebuild requires swt-3.5 but the application will run on anything newer.  (I've only tested 3.7).

I modified the ebuild to detect the newest version of SWT (out of 3.5, 3.6, and 3.7) and set that path in the env.d file.

It would be nice if something like this would be included in portage.

Ok, I added this to the -15 bump.  Let me know if you have any problems with it.  Your patch seems good enough to me...
