Pretty straight forward; might need to check into licensing for it. mupen64-alsasnd at the moment is a manual fetch, pointing the user at a forum page. The src is under 100k, might be worth mirroring.

I'm going to reassign this to games@gentoo.org, since it really belongs to the herd and not just to me. Personally, I would say we mirror it ourselves, since it is quite small and could possibly disappear on us otherwise. Mike?
