http://gentooexperimental.org/~ferringb/tarsync/ is 404 Not Found.

Reproducible: Always

Since tarsync could be useful outside of Gentoo, maybe external hosting makes sense. I suppose you could also host it on git.overlays.gentoo.org like portage is.

No, it is a "404 Not Found."

You can't get a "404 Not Found" if the server is down.
