Update libav support to 0.7

Updated to not use pre 0.6 api (now removed from 0.7 and 0.8)

I can confirm that the application of this patch and the installation of libav,cured the no compile hssles I had here on my x86_64.
 On looking at the ebuild there is no mention of libav as a dependency, so could this be updated for later builds,as of today 17:00 hrs my mirror hasn't been updated ,if changes have been made.

I can confirm too that in a ~amd64 system, grass-6.4.1-r1 with the use flags below, won't build unless I apply the attached patch.

Why there were 3 concurent bugs about this for grass :) I first noticed only the first two.

Anyway fixed in cvs.
