simply rename the 1.3.30 ebuild.

src_configure fails with 'configure: error: Rebuilding po files is not
supported for out of tree builds.'

likely because of this change in 1.3.32: 'configure: Generate rules to update
po files when gettextpo is explicitly requested.'

workaround found in

by disabling gettext, but I guess that's just a workaround, not a solution...?
