equery files gst-plugins-vp8 shows that the following file exists:

/usr/lib/gstreamer-0.10/libgstvp8.a

Someone in #gentoo-desktop told me that file shouldn't exist. Plugins like xvid and x264 don't install a .a file (only .la and .so).

gst-plugins-vp8 is 0.10.22

Bug upstreamed at $URL with patch to fix, will make sure it's in next release; don't think it's worth any kind of revbump our end till then

New ebuilds in tree clean these up.
