copying isl-0.07-r1.ebuild to isl-0.08.ebuild works fine here, but watch out for the new CLANG check in configure.ac -- i'm not sure if the ebuild needs clang/llvm in deps now(?)

Thanks.  Looks like some kind of bindings-generation system.

It defaults to no so I'll leave it disabled until someone requests it.

This version breaks cloog-0.16.3.  Need to wait for a new release.
