I've attached traffic-vis.tar.gz with traffic-vis-0.34.ebuild and patch to
properly compile under Gentoo 1.2

Short description from homepage (http://www.mindrot.org/traffic-vis.html)
"Traffic-vis takes the form of a collector daemon, which sniffs packets off
the wire using libpcap. Upon receipt of a signal, the collector will write a
report to a file of your choice."

This traffic reporting tool is great for cable modem users who have unlimited
local traffic but everything outside their local network is billed when
exceeeding limit.

I'm not sure if I attached gzip correctly this is my first ebuildcommit

Actually after some testing I found out that package is still too buggy and theres no support from author so I suggest removing it.
