Shortly, media-video/gnome-mplayer-1.0.4 doesn't play via ssh using gvfs. media-video/gnome-mplayer-1.0.3-r2 works ok.
mplayer version is 1.0_rc4_p20110322-r1.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open nautilus
2. connect to another host using "connect to server by ssh"
3. right click on video file and open it using gnome-mplayer
4. not playing
5. if you do that using media-video/gnome-mplayer-1.0.3-r2 it works.

Try 1.0.5_beta1 and if that still doesn't work, report this to upstream instead at:

http://code.google.com/p/gnome-mplayer/

And add a link here to the bug.

yep, 1.0.5_beta1 works ok.
please stabilize it soon.

changing to 'fixed' status then. 

and i'm afraid 1.0.5_beta1 won't be stabilized and we will wait for final 1.0.5 to be released.

but soon as we can.
