gimp-2.0* (and gimp-1.3*) configure script tryes to detect libwmf installed, seems wmf need to be added to ebuild's IUSE and wmf? ( media-libs/libwmf ) to [R]DEPEND

P.S.: gimp-2.0_pre2 is aviable

I sort of knew this and did add it in 2.0_pre2 on request.

The problem is though that it's autodetection. Using '-wmf' in USE doesn't necessarily disable building this plugin, which it should. Now gimp plugins are runtime loaded, so it won't hurt much, but it's still ugly.

Same thing goes for librsvg for example (didn't put that in yet), but i think we should try to fix this the proper way.
