As in the summary, the file copies try to just copy 3 files from the /usr/portage/distfiles/ whish is not used anymore.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge app-dicts/ispell-nl-1996
2.
3.Fails with file not found.


Expected Results:  
More or less a working build.

Maybe ispell-nl-2005 is a better name in stead of ispell-nl-1.0
(1996 is about spelling rules from 1996, 2005 from then on a new set of rules).

1996 can be considered obsolete too.
