Multiple applications crash under app-emulation/wine-1.3.30 which ran perfectly under 1.3.29


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install app-emulation/wine-1.3.30
2.Install mIRC 7.22 from www.mirc.co.uk
3.Run  wine ~/.wine/drive_c/Program\ Files/mIRC/mIRC.exe 

Actual Results:  
mIRC crash on startup

Expected Results:  
mIRC run normally

This was fixed in wine-1.3.31
