Poco ebuild with minor change

This ebuild is exactly the same as the previous one, but I changed the mysql use flag to point to virtual/mysql instead of dev-db/mysql so that it will be equally happy with Mariadb. This was necessary on my own system, and I suspect this may be so for other users. I'd like to see this change made to poco-1.3.6_p2-r1.ebuild also.
