amd64 and x86, please stabilize sys-apps/policycoreutils-2.0.82-r1

Compared to the current stable policycoreutils, it only includes a bugfix (for bug #372807) which is an annoyance (build failure) for users.

Is masked on non-selinux profile, what we do?

If okay, I'll update the ebuild (I've tested it on amd64 nomultilib, multilib and x86) but I wasn't sure if the arch testers had/have a selinux testing group as well.

I doubt too. Feel free to proceed as blueness stabilize hardened-sources after permission of lead of x86/amd64
