On 15. Oktober, kde-4.7.0 was removed from portage. That removed kdepim-l10n-4.7.0. Since that, kdepim is untranslated, leaving me with an english kmail instead of a german one.
kdepim and kdepim-runtime is actively removed from kde-l10n-4.7.*, so ATM we don't have translations for kdepim-4.7.* in any package.
If kdepim-l10n is needed because of file collisions, please split it out from kde-l10n again. As I think it is NOT needed, remove the removal of pim-translations in kde-l10n.
I removed the whole src_prepare, which gets my german kmail back :)

kdepim-l10n-4.7.[12] is back, this was a mistake...

However the depency on kdepim-l10n no longer exists, however I would suggest kdepim-l10n is pulled in using the LINGUAS flags.
