Description ewan 2004-01-19 09:38:11 UTC
ewan@psa1 ewan $ gok
Installed as an ebuild which builds fine except for a dependency failing (an xml parser but thats another story). However when running as soon as you type/press a button in "Composer" it segfaults.

Output below:

/dev/js0: No such file or directory
3 event types available
Word prediction dictionary contains a total of 3000 words
lunichar is [l]
gok: Segmentation fault
bye-bye!

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Just run gok from a console.

Actual Results:
/dev/js0: No such file or directory
3 event types available
Word prediction dictionary contains a total of 3000 words
lunichar is [l]
gok: Segmentation fault
bye-bye!

Just noticed that it does manage to enter the one character before it dies.

Is this still a problem with gok-0.9.3 ? or gok-0.9.8 (not yet in the tree).
Comment 5 Leonardo Boshell (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-04-18 10:53:48 UTC
This bug is not reproducible on dev's systems. You're encouraged to upgrade to a recent version of gok.

If you keep having problems, you're welcome to open a new report. Thanks.
