Clojure 1.3.0 ebuild attempt.

The attached ebuild simply changes the src_uri (1.3 isn't on github that I can see, instead it's hosted by apache on maven, see below for complications), changes slot 1.2->1.3, changes all keywords to unstable, and changes ${PN} to ${P} in java_prepare() because the prebuilt jar changed names.

To get this ebuild to work it's necessary to change wget's user agent (FETCHCOMMAND in make.conf) or find an alternate tarball source.  maven.org denies access to wget.

1.3.0 is in portage.  I worked around maven.org with github's magic url.
