StaleUnstableKeyword: version 3.1: no change in 102 days for unstable keywords [ ~amd64, ~x86 ]

Reverse RDEPEND for sci-libs/libctl: sci-physics/meep-1.1.1:guile sci-physics/mpb-1.4.2-r2

Additionally it has a fix for bug 346695 which was mistakenly not applied to current stable. ATs please do you magic. TIA!

Can you drop la files for nlopt?

/usr/lib64/libnlopt_cxx_guile.la
/usr/lib64/libnlopt_cxx.la

There are also bug 386981 and bug 386983. Please tell me/us if you want fix before stabilize.

Ok, I'll re-add arches when those issues are fixed

So it seems it is invoked by the use of one or more of those use flags.
