sys-devel/binutils-2.14.90.0.8 and sys-devel/gdb-6.0 both provide the file /usr/share/info/configure.info.gz. (Both versions are different)

# qpkg -f -v $PWD/configure.info.gz
sys-devel/binutils-2.14.90.0.8 *
sys-devel/gdb-6.0 *

But a file should only be provided by one ebuild.

The same with file /usr/share/info/standards.info.gz:

Id say it should be in binutils.  Should be fixed now, as well as the
dups it installed of bfd, and standards info pages (also from binutils).
