actually, activating USE="X" would force the install of dgs which is a glib/gtk 1.2 only app.

adding a special USE flag for dgs would permit to have one day a system without glib/gtk 1.2 easily.

Imagemagick no longer depends on dgs, because virtual/x11 provides all the same stuff.
