Already carrying a source mirror (http and ftp://mirror.pacific.net.au/linux/Gentoo), and now carrying a full portage mirror:

rsync mirror.pacific.net.au::gentoo-portage

An initial sync is nearly complete, and cron is set to re-sync the tree every hour at :00 and :30.

I'm already subscribed to the gentoo-mirrors mailing list. :)

you have been added as a probationary mirror into the rsync.au.gentoo.org rotation. please point your syncs at rsync1.us.gentoo.org from now on. your performance will be be monitored over the next week, at which you'll be added as a permanent mirror if not problems arise. file a bug if there are further issues.
