The latest gnome-session ebuild fails when running the configure script checking for an XML-parser. Seems like it's missing a depend against XML-Parser.

configure: error: XML::Parser perl module is required for intltool

1. emerge sync
2. emerge gnome-session

Actual Results:  
Configure-script fails.

Expected Results:  
Check for the missing XML-Parser package and install the package before starting
with gnome-session
