mldonkey emerges without problems with USE="-gtk -gnome" emerge net-p2p/mldonkey, didnt test with other use flags. "/etc/init.d/mldonkey start" pretends that it is started, but i couldnt connect to the core. netstat -a revealed that there was no mldonkey listening, and when i run "mldonkey" as user "p2p", it segfaults. related to #37826. mldonkey is based on ocaml.
CC'ing mattam, he's the ocaml maintainer... He's already working on this bug, using my box.
Is it doing the same for the newer versions of mldonkey?
ocaml 3.08 and greater resolves the segfault issues with mldonkey.
