While specifying a bug summary, for instance:

Stabilize media-libs/opencv-2.3.0

..the list of bugs that come up do not contain anywhere near the accuracy or relevance than a regular "ALL Stabilize media-libs/opencv-2.3.0" returns.  This seems to defeat the purpose of the search, if duplicate bugs (having duplicate or near-duplicate summaries) are not listed.

Could you reproduce it with the current Bugzilla version?  The duplicate search is broken on my system, so I can't test.
