Is there any other information I can get to help track this down?

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge openoffice-ximian
2.
3.

Actual Results:
fails to compile
Comment 1 Andreas Proschofsky (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-01-17 16:30:08 UTC
I think this is a distcc bug, openoffice does not compile reliably with it atm, please try without and see if it works
Comment 2 Jon Wagoner 2004-01-17 18:47:44 UTC
Is it enough to remove it from FEATURES, or do I need to remove it from the path also?
Comment 3 Andreas Proschofsky (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-01-18 04:46:01 UTC
Removing it from FEATURES should be sufficient
Comment 4 Jon Wagoner 2004-01-19 18:54:45 UTC
I removed distcc and ccache, changed CFLAGS and CXXFLAGS to just -mcpu=athlon -O2 -pipe, and changed it to -j2, but it errored out in the exact same place.
Comment 5 Tom Wesley 2004-01-31 02:40:51 UTC
I have exactly this problem too. The compile dies at exactly the same point.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Comment 6 Andreas Proschofsky (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-04-16 22:34:02 UTC
Does someone of you still have this problem with recent versions of openoffice-ximian?
Comment 7 Jon Wagoner 2004-05-02 11:00:28 UTC
Yes, I just tried 1.1.54, and it still gets the same error in the same place.
Comment 8 Andreas Proschofsky (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-08-21 12:50:31 UTC
Do you still get that with a more recent version of oox?
Comment 9 Jon Wagoner 2004-08-23 23:24:55 UTC
The last couple of versions have built fine. Something I'm not sure is related, but doing an fsck on the drive found a couple of errors that were related to openoffice, if I remember right. I'm not sure how that could result in the same error compiling openoffice through multiple versions and multiple unpacks though.
Comment 10 Andreas Proschofsky (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-08-23 23:37:05 UTC
ok, thanks for reporting back, closing this
