The RipperX ebuild (as of 2.6.0) doesn't install the FLAC plugin

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Emerge ripperx. Try to rip a CD & encode to FLAC
Actual Results:  
RipperX give an error that the FLAC plugin can't be loaded

Expected Results:  
RipperX should encode the track to FLAC

I believe that all that has to be done is add the flac plugin
(ripperX_plugin-flac) to the src_install section of the ebuild.

ripperx-2.6.1 has been added to portage with the flac plugin included.  Please test and let me know if you find any problems. :)
