zinf-2.2.0 is real old and 2.2.4 is unstable for some people. Please move this into stable. The next version of zinf will be gtk2 based and is a little ways off.
Created attachment 24010 [details] zinf-2.2.3.ebuild (update) requires 2.2.3 patch.
Created attachment 24011 [details, diff] patch for zinf-2.2.3.ebuild Fixes id3lib detection and puts correct version number in.
2.2.3 was already in cvs 2.2.3 need gcc 3.2 to compile afaik
zinf-2.2.3 hasn't been being downloaded. I think if it is still there it has the same bug as 2.2.0 in that it doesn't detect id3lib. My patch fixes that. 2.2.4 is too unstable for me and other people to be comfortable to put in x86. zinf-2.2.2 added support for g++ 3.2 and zinf-2.2.3 fixed a couple of bugs in that support. IT should still support gcc 2.95. Unfortunately both my test machines have been upgraded. I think my original zinf-2.2.3 ebuild was tested under gcc 2.95 (Gentoo 1.2 stable)
Today's been a long zinf day... hopefully I'll get this taken care of shortly...
new ebuilds for zinf should be heading to your local mirror shortly 2.2.3 is now stable.
