I adjusted the ebuilds for libdbmusic and kmusicdb to work with the recent movement of dev-libs/libpq++ to dev-cpp/libpqpp

Looks like I was a bit to fast: the ebuild for kmusicdb builds, but the binary won't run because it can't find libpq++.so.4. Making a copy of the library to /usr/lib resolves the problem, but I am not sure how to properly resolve it.

forgot to mention: the libpq++ library is in /usr/lib/postgreql

I think this has been fixed in CVS already.  Reopen if I'm wrong please.
