Please add static-libs IUSE or drop directly .a file.
Drop also .la file.

ACLOCAL_MACOS_FLAGS: command not found

This is expected and nothing broken. Probably I'll fix with next version bump, but this definitely should not stop stabilization.

These flags are definitely unneeded on other arches

harmless and fixed in 3.5.2
