we've been asking about this for months and nothing has happened so heres a bug to remind everyone

we *really* need gentoo-projects available in viewcvs, we are using it for policies and other stuff that we need people to have access to, thanks

I've looked into this a few times. I've never seen viewcvs.conf like the one we are using before. However the confs are in our cvs tree $CVSROOT/gentoo "I think" If you want to take a peek and those files and attach a diff :)

There might also be a whole funky cvs mirroring thing going on there as well 
which might require changes (or a cvs co of that dir) on mirror servers as well.
