etcat -v should show the masked versions of the requested package. Instead it shows only the unmasked versions.

I am not sure if this is the desired behaviour but I'd prefer to be able to see the masked versions too and the etcat documentation (man etcat and etcat --help) states that -v should output the masked versions too.

I suggest you use equery, it's going to supersede etcat/qpkg
