Why does upstream has re-packed their tarball ? And it seems that the ebuild doesn't reflect this till now, isn't it ? Reproducible: Always

I think you misunderstood. The file downloaded by the current ebuild is the old and wrong one. Please reopen this bug to have this fixed by a Gentoo developer.
