Bug 383357 – media-plugins/audacious-plugins-3.* has obsolete USE flags

Audacious version 3 brings major changes to the plugin API.
Some of the old plugins are not ported yet to this new API, and are missing
from audacious-plugins-3.* source.
However, USE flags for them are still available in 
media-plugins/audacious-plugins-3.* ebuilds.

This is the case with lirc and sdl (which used to enable paranormal plugin)
USE flags.
In addition to this, the ebuilds also disable projectm plugin 
(which is not there in 3.*),
and enable bluetooth plugin on alsa flag (which is also missing).



Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
Non-existing USE flags and configure options should be removed from 
media-plugins/audacious-plugins-3.* ebuilds.
