The web page has no DocType and if you assume in http://validator.w3.org that is
HTML Transitional 4.01 does not validate it.
It have a lot of errors.

could you be a little more specific ?
i.e. post the URL's that fail
or if they all fail, say 'all of gentoo.org sucks' :)

this bug is nearly 98% finished before final checking.. should be done by the
end of the week, if you have specific examples of breakages, can you let me,
know, (please send me a screen shot with the breakage).

Given a lack of feedback, i'm setting this to fixed (as i also believe all gentoo.org pages now have the correct DOCTYPE, feel free to prove me wrong with specific examples.
