Everything is in the problem.txt file.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. type emerge
2. wait for procesing
3. get the error msg

Actual Results:  
I couldn't emerge the ebuilds.

Expected Results:  
The software should emerge the ebuilds?

seems that you are having really heavy problems with your internet access

you have a few different bugs here ...

the ones that give you 404 should be filed (1 bug per package) as SRC_URI/mirror not having the file

the ones that give you digest mismatch is a problem on your side ... just delete the file and d/l it again
