Emerge stops, it has problems with downloading the file gentoo-sources-2.4.22-r5 .patch.bz2 The file exists in /usr/portage/distfiles and it looks like that emerge doesn't recognize that it is still there. If i delete the file in /usr/portage/distfiles, see SECOND OUTPUT. FIVE HOURS LATER!!!!!! It works after doing emerge rsync again with an updateded portage tree. A temporal inconsistency. Want to say that it works and nothing has to be done, thanks.
