Description Sten 2011-09-10 06:03:00 UTC
http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/gentoo-x86-tipsntricks.xml#livecd-kernel

The code listing at the bottom of section 2 (Code Listing 2.9: Adding all running modules to the modules.conf file) includes a directory (modules.autoload.d) that is not present on the live DVD (livedvd-x86-amd64-32ul-11.2.iso)

Contents of that directory include modules.d and modules.conf, but no modules.autoload.d
Comment 1 Sven Vermeulen (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2011-09-11 08:44:26 UTC
I've updated most documents that I found to have references to modules.autoload.d:
- dri-howto.xml
- faq.xml
- gentoo-x86-tipsntricks.xml
- migration-to-2.6.xml
- nvidia-guide.xml
- udev-guide.xml
- vdr-guide.xml

Thanks for reporting!
