I'd like to mentor Rick during his recruitment process to be a Gentoo developer. He is interested in helping out the netmon herd to start with and is currently working on his ebuild quiz.
I will be your recruiter. Please send your quizzes to recruiters@gentoo.org when approved by your mentor. Always add a comment to this bug when you send something to that address. When the quizzes are sent please contact me by IRC or email to schedule the first review session. If you think that recruiters aren't paying attention to this bug at any later point in time, it's your job to ping us on IRC if you don't want any delays. Also please let the head of netmon herd ack his addition.
There was no comment or response for more than 2 months here, so i will close this bug as "CANTFIX". Feel free to reopen this bug, when your recruit has time and willing to become a Gentoo developer again.
Ebuild quiz has been sent to recruiters@ Sorry for my loss of focus, this has been first thing on my mind for a long while now, sadly free time has been at a premium.
End-quiz has been approved by my mentor and now forwarded to recruiters@ as well.
My status has changed a bit since I started this process so I figured I would update a bit for my announcement. I've been working with catalyst and genkernel teams and look forward to continuing to do so. I've also been spending a lot of time with the livecd and releng herds and look forward to joining them as well as my original intent of joining netmon.

I seem to have added comment #6 by mistake. Anyway, I look forward to working with Zero_Chaos on genkernel improvements.
