Pdns has a bug affectig versions 2.9.12 to 2.9.13 inclusive, the bug causes a high CPU ussage by pdns and mysql under some systems or configurations, this includes a patch and the new ebuild to be able to build a patched copy of the stable pdns, the patched ebuilds for the unstable versions will come very shortly if nobody beats me to it.

Included are new ebuild and patch file. Since this is an external patch over the 2.9.12 code the digest for this ebuild should be the same than for pdns-2.9.12.ebuild
