This package installs also static libs ".a" please provide to add relative                                                                                                          
USE. TIA                                                                                                                                                                            
From qlist -e $package:

/usr/lib64/libebml.a
/usr/lib64/libebml.so.3
/usr/lib64/libebml.so

You could also decide to drop Directly ".a" file(s)
