log of make xconfig

I have gentoo-sources-2.6.39-r3.
dev-util/pkgconfig is being deleted by any of world cleaning cause it's not RDEPENDed of anything. So when I'm tring to configure kernel with "make xconfig" I'm getting attached log.

Yes, unsuprisingly if you build something by yourself, outside of Portage, like an kernel, you need to install build requirements yourself
