patch to French index.docbook to allow KMyMoney 4.6.0 to compile

If the French documentation is included, compilation fails because it use docbook entities that are defined within kdelib in a version not yet available. This is known upstream, and the current solution is to disable the French documentation until the next release, which has not yet been scheduled.

I have attached a patch that adds the necessary entities to the French index.docbook. In my case, this is doc-translations/fr_kmymoney/kmymoney/index.docbook in the root of the unpacked tarball, but I'm not good enough with ebuilds to actually patch the ebuild itself, although I assume it is a fairly easy change.
