Commnunication toolbox for octave from SCM dont setup with error message.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
g-octave -1 communications
Actual Results:  
 * Description class error - Failed to fetch DESCRIPTION file from SVN

Upstream renamed it to comm. please ask them to do a new release, then the name will be updated in the package database. I can't rename it manually.

A new version of the communications package is available since 2011-10-xx.
