I made an ebuild for Dr. Geo, a tool which makes it easy to draw geometrical figures. It has a GTK2 interface and the option to export the graphs into Latex or Postscript. I think a good place for it would be app-sci. 
It compiles for x86, but I don't know about other architectures.

drgeo 0.9.12 now in portage.
