Is something wrong with your tree or your mirror? The Manifest file certainly has the checksums.

I believe this was was fixed yesterday; see http://sources.gentoo.org/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/gentoo-x86/x11-libs/gtksourceview/Manifest?r1=1.251&r2=1.252

re-synced and no further issues with VERIFY
