Note: same error occurs with -march=pentium3 or without distcc (tested just in case).
Comment 2 Simone Gotti (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-01-13 08:57:45 UTC
Sorry, but this should now work. Please remove your source in the distfiles and retry.

Bye!
Comment 3 giovanni.bobbio 2004-01-14 00:57:11 UTC
Sorry, but no. I removed and re-downloaded every file and directory with a 'kdebluetooth' in them and the error remains unchanged.
Comment 4 Chris Bainbridge (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-01-19 12:35:43 UTC
I just tried emerging this for the first time and got the same error, using the source from http://members.xoom.virgilio.it/motaboy/kdebluetooth-20031218.tar.bz2

I read on the mailing list that this file should be fixed, but that doesn't appear to be the case.
Comment 5 Simone Gotti (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-01-29 02:51:00 UTC
I've released another ebuild and I think it'll inserted in the portage tree.
Now you can find it at the same place:
http://members.xoom.virgilio.it/motaboy/kdebluetooth-20031218.tar.bz2

Sorry for all the past problems but I can test this error on my system, and I hope this will work.
Please CC me if you report a bug!

Bye!
Comment 6 Simone Gotti (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-01-29 02:55:29 UTC
sorry the ebuild is another (20040128) and you can find it here:

http://members.xoom.virgilio.it/motaboy/ebuilds/kdebluetooth-20040128-ebuild.tar.bz2

The sources are here:

Bye!

Try to use linux-headers-2.4.22 (emerge it by temporarily setting ACCEPT_KEYWORDS to the unstable branch).
It solved the problem for me and should be made a requirement in the ebuild.
Comment 9 Andreas Trawöger 2004-03-17 07:49:13 UTC
Thanks for the tip with emerge =linux-headers-2.4.22 that solved the problem ;-))
Comment 10 Florian Ehrenthal 2004-05-14 05:20:46 UTC
i think that bug should be closed, seems to be fixed
Comment 11 Caleb Tennis (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-05-14 05:27:36 UTC
closing per above comment.
