The sources supplied by gentoo donot compile (Makefile not correct in xine-ui/src
/xitk/ ). When corrected by hand it compiles but does not run. I tested the
xine-ui-current/xine-lib-current snapshops and they work with gentoo 1.3.. So,
I would suggest to distribute this version with gentoo 1.3

fear not this is fixed with the masked 0.9.10-r1 once we do a bit more testing
and catch one more bug we'll release it.
