Hi, i'm suggesting that oss support is not disabled depending on "use oss" flag
as with some movies it gives bad sound.

This is not a valid request... the point of gentoo is customization, users have
the option to enable or disable the OSS emulation mode at their option, I
personally use mplayer with alsa9 with no problems.
